First you need to pick up the key of the bike lock and also the touch key of the bike room, where the bikes are parked.

The key for the bike lock and the touch key of the bike room can be found in the safe at the station.
- Open the safe with the cambioApp. You can’t open the safe with the Mobib card.
- The key for your reserved e-cargo bike will be marked with a green light.
- Take the key for the bike lock and the touch key of the bike room.
Open the bike room with the touch key you just took out of the safe. Hold the touch key in front of the round lock.
A green light appears.
Turn the round lock to the right. Lower the latch.
Check the cargo bike for possible damage. Pay extra attention to the wheel spokes.
Have you discovered new damage? Contact the call center.
Unlock the wheel lock of the bicycle with the key you have just retrieved from the safe.
Remove the anti-theft chain connected to the wheel lock.
Take the anti-theft chain with you in the bike tray, for use while riding.
Detach the charging cable.
Park the bike and lower the bike's stands. Close the bicycle wheel lock by turning the key to the right and lowering the notch. You can now remove the key from the wheel lock (the key fastens itself in the wheel lock when it is open).
Hold the touch key in front of the round lock. A green light comes on. Turn the round lock to the left. The bike room is now closed.
When departing you should make sure to lift up the bike stands.
The cycling assistance activates as soon as you start cycling.
